We at Emploid are now looking for a junior technician for an exciting assignment in Växjö! You will be part of a company that values collaboration and strives to deliver high-quality IT solutions to its customers. The position is a temporary assignment where you will be employed as a consultant through us at Emploid for the first three months, with the possibility of extension or direct employment.

About the position

As a technician, you will work with varied and important tasks within IT alongside an engaged team. Your focus will be on:

- Installing and updating computers and software according to clear procedures.

- Ensuring that computers are ready to use and tailored to customers' needs.

- Delivering and connecting computers on-site at customers – no advanced technical solutions required.

- Testing the equipment to ensure functionality and addressing any minor issues.

You will receive thorough introduction and training, and your colleagues will always be close at hand to support you. This position is a fantastic opportunity for you who are curious about IT and want to get a foot in the industry!

About you:

We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in technology and who enjoys solving everyday IT problems. Perhaps you have already helped family and friends with computers and other equipment?

You are a perfect fit if you:

- Have an interest in computers and IT (maybe you have built your own computer?).

- Are meticulous and enjoy making things work smoothly.

- Master English in both spoken and written form.

- Have a positive attitude and appreciate working in a team.

Meritorious:

- Experience in troubleshooting or working with computer hardware is a plus, but not a requirement. The most important thing is that you are curious and willing to learn!

Additional information

- Location: Växjö.

- Working hours: Full-time, 07:00–16:00.

- Start: Immediately.

- Employment type: Consulting assignment via Emploid. During the assignment, you will be covered by our collective agreement with access to pension benefits and support from a dedicated consultant manager.

Please note that the position requires a clean criminal record, as the company works with clients in the public sector.
